The location was superb. I was just a short walk from various restaurants and shops. i particularly enjoyed the beautiful views of the grand harbour from the upper floors (the views extend across to the three cities!). the staff were very attentive. They were always friendly and happy to help.

The location was really central. I especially liked the rooftop area with the small pool. The staff were all polite and helpful. I would consider going back.

The spa was difficult to book. I downloaded the app but there was no availability . It would have been good to book treatments before arrival but I did not see how on their website.
