The room was clean the location was satisfactory
I had issues with the television it seemed overly complicated to operate. The breakfast was repetitive it was the same buffet daily. A technician ate from it with his bare hands in front of guests so that was pretty gross

i found my room very clean upon arrival. the bed was comfortable and i appreciated the good selection at breakfast. the staff helped me book taxis quickly. i also liked the quiet residential area around the hotel.
the pool area was smaller than i expected from the photos.

The staff was fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful. i believe they are the best asset this hotel has. housekeeping was great. Our room was cleaned well every day. the pool area is nice. I found it very relaxing.
the air conditioning could have been a bit stronger during the hottest part of the day.
