The room had cake each day. The food in the restaurant was excellent with a good menu. The bar area looked nice.

I have breathing problems and mobile oxygen. the amount of stairs was problematic. the bathroom floor was not clean either. I even saw some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.

i appreciated the personal touches throughout my visit. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring i had everything i needed. the restaurant menu had great choices and the food quality was excellent. i particularly enjoyed the daily treats like cake and sloe gin in the room.
i noticed that the bathroom floor was not very clean, and some cobwebs were present on the ceiling.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. the bedroom was gorgeous, warm and inviting. A real treat. i loved the homemade cake in the room. It was perfect with coffee. breakfast was excellent and the service was great throughout my entire stay!
I spotted some cobwebs hanging from the bathroom ceiling. I hope housekeeping can address that soon.
