Acceptable, But Some Issues Noted

steep staircase limited channels
The staff were friendly and helpful .
My room was quite expensive and getting to it was like an obstacle course. It was down a steep staircase and along a corridor. Some listed amenities were missing, such as a dining area and a telephone. The TV had limited channels too.

The hotel served excellent food during both breakfast and dinner! the staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially kerry, she were great. our room was spacious and immaculate. The bed was also comfortable, i am grateful.
The pool area looked a bit tired, i think it needs some updates. also, the hotel exterior looked a little run down. It does not reflect the amazing interior, i think.
