a balanced hotel stay
convenient location great food selection sufficient gym equipment small room street noise unstable wifi
the location was convenient i could easily walk to many attractions. breakfast included a great selection of foods. the gym had sufficient equipment for a good workout.
the room i received was quite small. street noise was noticeable especially during the morning. i had difficulty connecting to the wifi service at times.

location good, but some issues
missing payment internal miscommunication
The location was indeed pretty central. but, i faced a hiccup regarding a security deposit. i haven't received the €50 security deposit payment back yet. i contacted my bank. They said the hotel hadn't issued any payment instructions. there appears to be some internal miscommunication or error, and i hope they sort it out soon.

adequate stay, with some issues
dusty floor bad room preparation
the breakfast was acceptable. it kept everyone happy.
the room cleaning was not good. i found dust on the floor. there were also hairs. the room seemed badly prepared. we had to ask for shampoo at the reception.

Excellent Stay in Prime Location
respectful staff central location excellent choice
The staff was courteous. Their attentiveness stood out. The location is indeed central. I found it convenient for exploring many attractions. Breakfast offered excellent choices. I liked the variety of options available. The gym had modern equipment, nice for effective workouts.
The elevators were a bit slow. I often experienced delays, especially during peak hours. This sometimes caused minor inconveniences when trying to get to and from my room.

The Beautiful King Room featured a spacious layout. It had a comfortable king bed and a separate seating area. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym open 24/7. It has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also an on-site restaurant that offers a diverse menu for lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. This allowed for seamless connectivity.

The concierge service was efficient. They arranged transportation and provided helpful local information. The front desk staff was professional. They handled check-in and check-out quickly. Room service was prompt. Orders were delivered within a reasonable time frame.
