The WiFi worked very well (which is always a plus). Our room was cleaned every day and towels were changed to a high standard.
I was given a room. There was no additional door between reception and these rooms, so I heard all the noise from reception right through the night. The scraping of furniture was loud and continued all night. Earplugs did not help at all as it was too loud.

the location allowed convenient access to key city spots.
the room felt cramped, especially considering the price (i paid over 200 euros). the mattress proved too soft, and the pillows were excessively firm. space for clothing storage was also severely lacking, with barely enough room for my suitcase.

the breakfast had much variety and fresh food. the staff was amiable and helpful. i enjoyed the hotel location, near many shops. it was so close to the tram.
the shower head was quite low for my height. whoever decided to place it so low did not consider the average guest height.

Breakfast included the basics one expects. It was acceptable.
The shower was quite poor. Its head was in a strange place. Water sprayed everywhere, and the floor mat became soaked. The towels provided were also rather small, I found.
