helpful team spacious room clean space
The front desk team was genuinely helpful. The rooms are spacious (I stayed in a standard double room) and very clean. Sky sports and a nespresso machine were included.
The evening restaurant menu was somewhat limited.

The hotel is in a central location, so transportation is accessible. It is near the city center and within reasonable walking distance from Victoria train station, this is perfect for shopping and dining experiences.

kind staff private room excellent location
The staff was very kind. My room felt very private. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything I wanted to see!
The water sprayed onto the floor when the toilet was flushed. It was a small issue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They gave great advice on local dining and transportation options. The breakfast was really nice and fresh. The room had modern decor and was like a decent size.

a bit disappointing, i reckon
thin walls flat pillows
the room was alright, i suppose, but the noise situation was a joke. seemed like the walls are made of paper. heard every single thing from the rooms next door and above, especially when someone decided to flush the toilet at 3 am. also, the pillows were flatter than a pancake, left me with a proper neck ache.

Charming stay in the city!
luxe decor spacious rooms
The hotel has a very luxe decor, I found spacious rooms, and the staff were polite. I was charmed! The breakfast was delicious. It was the best breakfast I've had at a hotel, I must admit. Jodie on reception was particularly helpful, she offered a complimentary room upgrade. The upgrade, so I was grateful.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects
bathroom privacy unhelpful staff
The room was clean and tidy when I arrived. It was adequately presented.
The bathroom lacked privacy. There was no separation from the rest of the room. This made it awkward when sharing with my son because he couldn't use the toilet while I was showering. The staff also seemed uninterested in offering information about nearby restaurants or activities.
