Balanced experience at this hotel

The reception was VERY cute and helpful, which started my stay positively. The car park access was convenient. My room had good-sized towels, a nice bonus. There was a porridge bar available, REALLY useful for runners doing the marathon.
The hotel's car park didn't feel safe because of activity outside a neighboring hotel. The window in my room didn't close properly. This caused a constant draft. I also found that a lot of noise came in from the main street.

The staff were friendly. The location was spot on.
I want a choice of rooms set up for accessibility. The bathroom became a war zone after a shower and water went everywhere. The sink was at my knee level.

efficient service convenient access clean room
the room was clean and well kept . i appreciated the efficient service at the front desk. the hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions! though the breakfast options were not very diverse.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. Though usable, it could benefit from an upgrade.

My room had a work desk and ergonomic chair, and this created a conducive environment for completing tasks. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. The double bed was comfortable with premium bedding. a mini fridge was available!

tram stop convenient location dining option breakfast selection air conditioning paid parking uninformative staff
the location was convenient for accessing nearby tram stops. i found several dining options nearby within easy walking distance. the breakfast offered a good selection (i especially liked the fresh pastries).
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. this made the room uncomfortably warm, particularly at night. i thought the staff could have been more informative regarding the parking situation.

The girls at the front desk were lovely and helpful. i really enjoyed the breakfasts. The variety was excellent! the location is fantastic. It's a short walk to the quays, so convenient. the ac in my room was very nice. It cooled down to 5c!
The room felt a tiny bit basic. A few more home comforts would have been nice.

the hotel is conveniently situated near the tram line across the road. it is super accessible for public transport! tesco and co-op are also nearby, just a short five-minute walk away.

The food was great. The chicken wings were tasty. i also had an excellent ac burger. sheefal and sunny provided polite, friendly, and attentive service in the bar. it was a relaxed atmosphere for food and drinks.

The room was quiet and faced the back of the hotel. the cleanliness was perfect! i also found the water to be free. Both natural and sparkling were available. it was a spacious room and the bathroom was modern.
