a adequate experience at this hotel

efficient serviceall featuresdouble bedterrible mattress
the staff was really lovely. i did appreciate the efficient service i got. the room i had was huge. it included all the normal features i would expect.
the bed was not great. it was a double bed in a very big room which was a bit small. the mattress and pillows werent very good at all. i found the room was very hot. i did use a fan that was in the room, however.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful . my room was spacious and clean with everything i needed. the hotel is easily accessible and close to the city centre, a short walk away.
the hotel lacked air conditioning, made the room quite warm.
