The location was pretty good. You are less than a minute from the subway. it was also a good walking distance to the theaters i visited for shows and shops. i liked the restaurant as well. the service was top notch, and the food was excellent.
The elevators were an issue. I waited a long time. i believe the building goes up to 31 floors, and it had 4 elevators. one elevator was not working, so it was slow. times square has lots of people coming in and out.

The room was modern enough.
I was frustrated. One morning, the elevators were slow. It took almost fifteen minutes to get down to the lobby, a real inconvenience. The wait made me late for my scheduled tour. This seriously messed up my plans for the day.

I adored the rooftop bar. The city views were fine. the pool area was so refreshing. I loved taking a dip after exploring! the hotel's central location made it super easy to walk to tons of attractions. the breakfast spot was amazing. The view was fabulous!
The elevator service can be a tad slow sometimes. Waiting can take a few extra minutes during peak hours.

The staff were all fantastic. They were very cute and always had a smile. they were super friendly and helpful whenever i came back to the hotel. I appreciated it so much. requests were quickly handled. It was fantastic.

My room was super comfortable and very well-lit. I really liked it. the room included a mini-fridge and complimentary water and coffee. the room was clean, like super clean clean. i stayed on the 24th floor and the view was amazing!

The hotel boasts a very central location. It is super convenient! many subway lines are located right outside the hotel doors. there are several restaurants nearby offering a wide range of options. This is a plus.
