acceptable locationno apologyignored feeling
the location was acceptable near attractions.
the fire alarm went off at 2:30 am and the hotel offered no apology or explanation for over 30 minutes i emailed customer support and received no reply this experience left me feeling ignored.

The location is amazing, seriously! the rooftop bar faces broadway, it is so cool. i loved the ipad that controlled everything. It was such a modern touch.

Self check-in kiosks made arrival easy. The room has a king bed and controls for everything are on an iPad. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast cost was good value, staff are helpful.
The room are a bit compact.

The location of the hotel was certainly convenient for theatre access. The self-service check-in process also worked efficiently. I appreciated that I could check in without needing to wait in a long queue. It made arrival very quick.
The room felt very small to me. It lacked sufficient space to comfortably open my luggage. I also found the iPad controls a bit cumbersome. I preferred physical switches for basic functions such as lights.
