the location was close to haram. it was ideal for men, but the hotel arranged bus service for the ladies. reema from reception, haleema who extended our checkout time, and the concierge mr sajid were also very helpful.

the ac was so cold and blowing high airflow! the temperature was not controlled. two technicians came to help, but they told me the issue was fixed when it was not.

I was pretty frustrated with my stay. the air conditioning was ridiculously loud. It kept me up most of the night. i requested a room change, but nothing was available. also, the cleanliness wasn't what i expected. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. i'm not sure i will book this place again.
