i wasn't thrilled that our rooms were not close together even though i booked well in advance i expected better planning especially since we requested this early. the noise from a nearby restaurant kept me awake because i had to close the window the room became too warm even with the ceiling fan.

the rooms are small, i found it difficult to manage with my luggage. getting to the hotel with suitcases was difficult as cars cannot drop you in front.

the hotel is in the city center. tram access is close, approximately 100 meters away. the front desk staff were nice. the room felt spacious. there were wonderful views.
the hotel could not accommodate two rooms next to each other. we had booked and requested it months in advance, but the rooms were two floors apart. it impacted the convenience for our group.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to many shops and restaurants. The short walking distance to almost everything was also very convenient (I walked everywhere!). The staff was super accommodating and friendly.
The absence of English-language programming on the TV was a minor inconvenience for a longer stay.
