large apartment washing machine convenient dryer faulty air conditioning closed sauna crowded pool
The apartment was large and well-appointed. A washing machine and dryer were very convenient. The location is excellent with many restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
The air conditioning did not work. The sauna was not working for two days. The pool was nearly always busy.

Excellent stay
convenient location clean gym friendly staff
the location proved quite convenient, and renting a bike nearby was easy (i recommend it!). the gym, pool and sauna were clean and well-kept. parking was available, and the staff were friendly and helpful. our apartment had tea and coffee available upon arrival.
i found the breakfast to be merely adequate, with limited options. it would benefit from more variety and higher quality ingredients. the coffee machine was often out of order too.
Dining

The hotel offers a restaurant. breakfast is available. I had the breakfast and it included a sufficient choice of items, but could have been better. the restaurant has a varied menu with multiple options, including vegetarian choices.
Service

Staff were attentive and responded to requests efficiently. I found the reception team helpful. they provided clear information on local attractions and transportation options. the hotel offers daily housekeeping that kept the room neat.
Rooms
9/10
our apartment was spacious with a separate living area and fully equipped kitchen. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep (very important!). the bathroom had ample space and good water pressure.
Location

The hotel is situated in a central area with easy access to public transport. several restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Lidl supermarket is close. the immediate neighborhood felt safe and quiet.
