the breakfast was really good. it was made to my specific wishes. i also liked the warm and friendly welcome. hosts were always close if i needed something. the building is themed as a gothic getaway. antique furniture are wonderful. the decor was fine.
the price is a bit much considering what's there. i had to get a taxi for dinner. i saw there are no drinks when i came back to the hotel.

the entire building is themed as a gothic getaway. wonderful antiques are everywhere, from grotesques to swords. the decor proved fine. julie and hugh were lovely hosts, always close if i needed anything. very cute.
i felt i had to pay for a taxi for dinner, though it was advertised that dinner could be acquired on site.

the king suite was really special. a real rolltop bath sat in the middle of the room, it was gold. the king size bed had very comfortable, high end sheets. i kept noticing new details throughout the evening.
