unfriendly receptionistsbroken bathroom bin
The receptionists seemed not very friendly to me. i couldn't open the curtains because i was on the ground floor and the building opposite was very close, this created a lack of privacy. decaff coffee pods were not available for the machine in the room. I was disappointed. the shower kept changing from hot to cold, and the bathroom bin was broken.

the apartment was super quiet. it was well equipped with everything i needed for my stay. i found lidl and a whole foods store just a short walk away for shopping. having those options nearby really made things easier
there was only one english-speaking channel on the tv. maybe i could have used a google tv or casted, though.

the rooms had good size. the beds were really comfortable! i slept like a log every night. the room was quiet. the neighborhood, too, was peaceful.

the breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise! there were pancakes, omelets, sausages, and bacon! they also had toast, fish, ham, and cheese. i was always full of energy in the morning.

The apartment was close to Checkpoint Charlie and Kochstrasse U-Bahn. Lidl and a Whole Foods store were nearby a short walk away. The apartment provided quiet environment and the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. I recommend it and would stay again.
The lighting was poor. I asked for another light, because there were no bedside lights. My request was ignored. The bed was also very firm.

i found the staff very friendly. my room was clean. the location is great for checkpoint charlie and local transport. i also enjoyed the fantastic showers.
the furniture looks scuffed. the air filter system are broken and sounds like an airplane. plus, we had the balcony on the courtyard, so hardly any sun.
