functional and convenient stay
easy access meal preparation train station
the room included a hob, great for meal preparation. i was able to easily make meals. the hotel provided essentials like a sponge and dish soap. the train station was very close, and i could walk to major attractions.
the room lacked air conditioning, slightly uncomfortable during warmer days.

clean apartment with good amenities
comfortable beds central location helpful staff
the apartment contained everything i needed it was also warm and featured very comfortable beds. the location is central and offers good amenities i also appreciated the option to rent bikes from reception. i found the staff to be lovely helpful and cute.
i found only four coat hangers for two people and this was insufficient. i also could not open the curtains because i was close to a building across the courtyard there was no privacy. i missed having decaf coffee pods for the machine in the room.

the hotel benefits from excellent public transport links and is within walking distance of numerous attractions. i found several nice restaurants in the neighborhood and the area not sketchy at all at night. the metro station is conveniently located nearby.

fluctuating temperature broken chair
I found some aspects disappointing. The shower had issues. the temperature fluctuated wildly without me even touching the handle. also, the staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns about this problem. it was not fixed . i also noticed a broken chair in my suite, it.

unfriendly receptionists broken bathroom bin
The receptionists seemed not very friendly to me. i couldn't open the curtains because i was on the ground floor and the building opposite was very close, this created a lack of privacy. decaff coffee pods were not available for the machine in the room. I was disappointed. the shower kept changing from hot to cold, and the bathroom bin was broken.

quiet apartment nearby shopping well equipped
the apartment was super quiet. it was well equipped with everything i needed for my stay. i found lidl and a whole foods store just a short walk away for shopping. having those options nearby really made things easier
there was only one english-speaking channel on the tv. maybe i could have used a google tv or casted, though.

Excellent Location and Quiet Comfort
quiet environment necessary equipment comfortable stay
The apartment was close to Checkpoint Charlie and Kochstrasse U-Bahn. Lidl and a Whole Foods store were nearby a short walk away. The apartment provided quiet environment and the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. I recommend it and would stay again.
The lighting was poor. I asked for another light, because there were no bedside lights. My request was ignored. The bed was also very firm.

friendly staff clean room great location scuffed furniture broken air filter courtyard balcony
i found the staff very friendly. my room was clean. the location is great for checkpoint charlie and local transport. i also enjoyed the fantastic showers.
the furniture looks scuffed. the air filter system are broken and sounds like an airplane. plus, we had the balcony on the courtyard, so hardly any sun.
