great locationpolite staffdecent choice
i found the breakfast selection good it included many choices i liked the long breakfast serving time the staff were helpful and polite. the location was great with access to public transport right outside the door a supermarket was downstairs and several restaurants nearby i found it excellent value for money.

The breakfast buffet provided an excellent start to each day. it had a large selection of items and variety. attentive staff in the breakfast restaurant always ensured there was adequate food available. I loved it. the room was a good size and comfortable, very lovely.
the air con in our room didn't work properly! it was so hot so i went to reception to ask to change our room. they offered to move us to a different room which was a way colder, but it was a disabled room.

the staff was helpful and tried to fulfill every request. they provided directions and advice on local attractions, which i thought was very lovely. the team's dedication to great guest experience really stood out.

the room was clean, and it came with all necessary amenities, including a mini-fridge and kettle. i was happy with the comfy bed and sufficient space for luggage. the air conditioning worked wonders!

My room offered a coffee maker, a fridge and a safe. The bathroom included a large shower. The breakfast had lots of variety and a great dining room. The location has trams and bus nearby. There is a direct route for the train station.
Pillows were too thin and too soft. I was there for only 4 nights.

Public transport is near. There is a tram station. A U-bahn is also close. A rewe shop is next door, very useful. I could easily access many parts of the city from this hotel.

i did not get the room i reserved. the bathroom was unsanitary with extensive mold on the floor and walls. i requested a different room, but had to wait until the next day to change rooms, though i arrived at 3pm.
