adequate, but some issues
dust accumulationchaotic parking
The room presented some cleanliness issues. i found dust accumulation in multiple spots, including on the toilet roll holder and the bathroom radiator. This disappointed me. the parking situation was chaotic upon arrival. The paid parking garage seemed quite full. i spent considerable time trying to find an available spot.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

The room's kitchen included an oven. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The bathroom seemed large and modern. There is another TV in the bedroom, I could sync both of them with my iPad, so movie nights were perfect. The location is convenient as it is near the train station and next to the exhibition centre.
I was a little disappointed. The staff wasn't friendly at check-in. It reminded me of I bothered her at that time of evening, despite noting our late arrival in the reservation. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. Several items in the room seemed broken. The washing machine had stagnant water inside. I opted not to use it.

poor cleaningbroken fridge
room cleaning was POOR. during my three-night stay, my room wasn't cleaned at all. i expected at LEAST a quick tidy-up, but nothing. also, the mini-fridge wasn't working, so i couldn't store any drinks or snacks I bought. IT was annoying because i had to throw some food away.

The room matched the pictures. The facilities were packed efficiently. the soundproofing worked well, and the bed felt so soft. the wifi reached speeds over 100mbps (amazing!). it was a short walk to the metro station.
the ac settings had no clear instructions, so it was hard to adjust initially. i requested extra towels twice, and they arrived hours later. it was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise lovely stay.
