the location had nearby restaurants and shops i could walk to. my room had large balcony doors that let in fresh air. staff even delivered takeaway to my door when i couldn't leave my room because i had a cold. they brought chai as well
the front desk was sometimes unattended it seemed

I encountered a couple of issues . The safe in the room was not working, presenting a security concern for my valuables. I reported it to the front desk, but it was never resolved . the provided hair conditioner seemed to be mislabeled. It was actually hand cream. These details impacted my overall experience negatively..
