defective controller dirty windows
The room controller did not function. I requested it to be fixed, but it never happened. The windows were dirty, so the view was compromised by the quite soiled glass. I waited thirty minutes for the car to be brought from the garage upon departure. It seems overrated for the level of service provided.

excellent breakfast waterside path great room nonexistent service luggage unloading elevator location
the breakfast buffet offered excellent choices. the walking path near the water's edge was very convenient. my room provided great facilities.
the valet parking service was nonexistent. i unloaded my own luggage upon arrival. i had to find the elevators myself.

the bedroom had a good size and it was spotlessly clean i found a super comfy bed the extensive choices at breakfast were nice i also liked the good turn down service with a choice and water
