adequate stay with some issues
poor communicationroom credit
i encountered a couple of problems. the air conditioning in my room did not work. i reported it to the staff immediately, but it took hours and several follow-ups to get a new room. the hotel offered a small room credit, though i had no time to use it.

the location is close to everything!!! darling harbour, china town etc. i stayed in a studio apartment and it was a great size. the bed was very comfortable and soft.
the pool and fitness facility were closed . i wasn't notified earlier, i had already prepaid for my holiday.
