excellent getaway
local treats generous breakfast excellent coffee
i loved the complimentary afternoon tea. they gave me different local treats to try each day. the breakfast was generous too, it included a fruit based starter. a cheese course and a pastry always came before my main course. the coffee was excellent because alternative milks were available.
the air conditioning broke down after two days. i only used it one hour before bedtime. the staff did fix it eventually. but i was hot for a while.

the infinity pool had jungle views and a serene setting. it was very clean. the spa included foot cleaning rituals before treatments and i enjoyed my massage there.

the breakfast included fruit and cheese courses before the main dish. afternoon tea was offered with balinese sweets. pistachio is the hotel restaurant and had delicious food.

the room had a nice balcony. soft drinks were topped up regularly. the room was spacious and very clean. they cleaned our room twice a day.

air conditioning issue hot room
I found some aspects disappointing . The air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed. This made it difficult to regulate the temperature. The room became uncomfortably hot when the key was removed, I seemed like it went up to 40 degrees Celsius. This made returning to the room quite unpleasant after a long day.

I love the staff attentiveness. Everyone always chats. The facilities, also the infinity pool has nice views. The restaurant provided a complementary breakfast every morning, it taste good.
