I stayed in a suite with a plunge pool, and it was amazing! the scheduled activities were a real bonus. I joined a yoga session by the pool, and it really kicked off my day right. the daily afternoon tea was a good touch.. a real treat after exploring. everything was really good, i will never forget it!
I did notice the soundproofing could use some improvement. I occasionally heard noises from the hallway.

The room was spacious and clean. i especially appreciated the private plunge pool connected to the room. It offered a great way to relax. the hotel also organized an adventure tour. We saw many sights around the area.
i did overhear staff at check-in told another guest not to steal towels, because staff would count them at checkout. this felt a bit awkward and made me question if they treated every customer as a thief.

The restaurant offered a diverse selection of food and the food was lovely. the breakfast included a decent a la carte variety to choose. the anumana restaurant provided a delicious experience. I appreciated their attentiveness.

The location was good, though the streets were a bit crowded. the hotel is near monkey forest and a short walk to many bars and restaurants. i found it convenient to have everything within walking distance. It's close to everything!

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to various restaurants and bars, it made exploring local cuisine easy. the lagoon access from my room was a great feature, great for a quick dip anytime. the staff were attentive and helpful, i really liked that. the breakfast selection included avocado toast, a tasty way to begin the day.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect. i could occasionally hear noises from the hallway.

The room was located near a busy street and there was some traffic noise at times. It bothered me so little.

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the monkey forest. It was really convenient. the staff were consistently helpful. the rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh water replenished, that was helpful. the on-site spa was great, i had an hour massage and it was amazing!
the walls seemed thin, i could hear conversations and noises from the adjacent room, disruptive. i found it difficult to sleep well due to the noise, and that was frustrating.
