the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and attentiveness. i particularly enjoyed the restaurant food with local flavors. a diverse selection of breakfast menu. the room was a clean, comfortable space with an easy access to the inviting pool and nearby greenery.
The room was located near a busy street and there was some traffic noise at times. It bothered me so little.

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the monkey forest. It was really convenient. the staff were consistently helpful. the rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh water replenished, that was helpful. the on-site spa was great, i had an hour massage and it was amazing!
the walls seemed thin, i could hear conversations and noises from the adjacent room, disruptive. i found it difficult to sleep well due to the noise, and that was frustrating.
