lovely staffrelaxing spa
The staff was very lovely and helpful during my entire stay. I stayed at the hotel for six nights and everything was perfect from the cleaning to the restaurant. The spa services and pool were excellent. It was quiet, relaxing, and fully immersed in nature.

the bed provided little comfort. i noted some staff struggled with english hindering communication regarding issues. a service fee was charged on every order, additionally, running a tab at the pool was not allowed despite minimal pool usage.

the location was acceptable, surrounded by jungle.
The air conditioning struggled. It really didn't cool the room. mosquitoes were also a problem. I got several bites, and the mosquito net over the bed had some tears in it. i felt a bit like i was donating blood to the local mosquito population.
