central location beautiful balcony two pools early bar poor air conditioning water bottles
The staff greeted me warmly! The location is super central to everything I wanted to see. My room had a beautiful balcony (I loved sitting out there in the evenings). The two pools were really neat and clean.
The pool bar closed quite early. The air conditioning did not get cold enough for me. The hotel was very stingy with the water bottles. I only received four per day.

huge suite central location delicious breakfast
my suite was huge and comfortable. the hotel location is central on monkey forest road but in a quieter section of the street. breakfast was delicious daily and i loved the complimentary afternoon tea on the roof terrace. views up there were also lovely, offering a relaxing experience.
i forgot to tell the office that the hairdryer in my room didn't work.

The junior suite pool view had a spacious layout with a large bedroom, separate living area, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioning unit functioned efficiently, maintaining a constant cool temperature throughout the day and night.

The staff were always available and very helpful. I appreciate the fast check-in process, which took less than 5 minutes, and the prompt handling of my luggage and the concierge provided useful advice on local attractions.

Fantastic stay in the heart of it all!
central location good tea daily cleaning
I really enjoyed the central location. It allowed easy access to nearby restaurants. The rooftop bar offered good afternoon tea with good views. The hotel ensured rooms were cleaned daily. This was a definite plus.
The gym equipment seemed a bit dated. Some machines needed maintenance, a bit disappointing.

the hotel team always provided smiles and helpful service, they were always professional. i found the hotel restaurants provided excellent balinese food. the atmosphere in the dining areas was cozy and modern.
the complimentary water bottles provided were quite small. i wish there was more water provided in the room.
