missing utensils small room
The front desk staff was very helpful with directions.
The self-service kitchen lacked some essential utensils. i also found the vending machine often out of order.. so grabbing a late-night snack was a challenge. the room was quite small, especially considering the price i paid.

excellent service helpful staff tourist fee unexpected charge
i appreciated that the location was near the train station and town center. the breakfast was super nice with excellent service it was great. isabelle and daniel at the front desk were very friendly and helpful to me.
the hotel asked for some tourist fee i did not expect.
