excellent stay close to zermatt
easy parking efficient staff train access
The location near the train station was very helpful. staff members were polite and efficient. i parked my car easily. the hotel's proximity to the train station allowed convenient access to zermatt activities. This simplified our travel significantly.
the bathroom door squeaked a bit, but it wasn't a major issue.

perfect location clean room big room basic buffet no coffee unwelcoming staff
the location is perfect for visiting. the train station is just beside it. the room was clean and sufficiently big.
the breakfast buffet felt quite basic. there was no coffee available in the rooms. the staff did not come across as particularly cute.

flat pillow train noise
The pillows were just.. sad. flat and lifeless. i asked for extras, but honestly, it didn't help much. the room had no air conditioning. Relying solely on opening windows meant enduring train noise. what a mess!!!

the location is very close to the train station , providing easy access. the modern family room was spacious. i found the breakfast selection to have good variety.

charming stay close to zermatt
quick travel friendly staff new annex good location
the location was super good being next to the train station. travel to zermatt was super quick at 12 minutes. i got upgraded to the modern new annex. the staff at check in was very pleasant to me.
i thought the town was a little small, and did not have many amenities.

This location right next to the train station includes nearby convenience stores. The family room was spacious and modern, equipped with a contemporary bathroom. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of this town. We found the parking very easy just below the building.
The elevator seemed quite small for the number of guests .

Breakfast service included a nice selection. I saw the breakfast included bacon, scrambled eggs, and cold meats. Industrial orange juice and weak coffee were also available to guests in the morning.
