The hotel is located close to Ben Thanh market, just a short walk. I found a convenience store across the street useful. The room was sufficiently spacious and worked well for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always attentive and quick to respond to requests.
The breakfast options, felt a bit limited for Western palates.

the hotel had a generous breakfast.
The reception staff was rude upon arrival. Instead of a welcome, i faced accusations about a minibar water bottle, wasting time arguing it. the poor soundproofing meant hearing loud neighbors all night.

the location was fantastic. everything was so close i could walk.
the front reception staff weren't friendly! only a couple of staff managed breakfast. dishes weren't cleared quickly and tables weren't wiped down.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to local restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful (they gave wonderful recommendations!). The rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape with a fine view. I appreciated the breakfast buffet with its fresh fruit selection and varied options.

The proximity to key attractions enhanced the overall experience. Taxis and public transportation were readily available, too.
