Acceptable Stay with Issues
inflexible staff intrusive service
I was quite annoyed with some aspects of my stay. The staff seemed inflexible. They prioritized rules over customer satisfaction, for instance when I was denied a coffee at 10:01 AM since breakfast supposedly ended at 10:00 AM. Staff were also intrusive and removed plates while I was still eating , the last bite of food no less.

diverse offering rooftop bar damp smell no ventilation
I found the breakfast buffet very diverse. There was an expansive offering of foods. The rooftop bar gave a super view of the city. The sunset was beautiful.
I observed no ventilation for the building. A damp smell was present everywhere. The AC did not improve this problem.

breakfast buffet friendly staff
The breakfast buffet included many choices. The hotel location in District 3 is convenient. Staff members are polite and friendly. I liked this overall.
The hotel did not have ventilation beyond the AC and I could not open the windows so there was a slight damp smell.

excellent stay and attentive staff
hotel beauty staff kindness great food
i stayed at this hotel and the staff were kind. they ensured my boyfriend could dine with his peanut allergy. the staff took extra steps to prevent cross contamination and told him what not to eat. he felt safe and the food options were great. i had an amazing massage focused on all the tension in my neck and back.
i found my interactions with front office management to be appalling. i spoke to the front office manager and was met with disrespect. this situation was resolved after escalating to the general manager.
