Liem and other staff catered to every need. he remembered my name and preferences each day at breakfast, recommending local spots. one staff member surprised me with the famous salted coffee. the rooftop bar has a perfect view for evening drinks. i will definitely stay in district 1 again. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft!
The gym equipment was a little outdated. I think it could have new equipment to better serve guests. i had to request assistance to figure out how to use the treadmill's features, unexpected. otherwise, everything exceeded my expectations!

The room had a well-stocked minibar with complimentary drinks and snacks. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and separate soaking tub. the climate control system was quiet and effective. I loved the spaciousness.

staff provided turn-down service each evening, including complimentary water and chocolates. the reception desk was available 24/7 and addressed inquiries promptly, every time.

the rooftop pool had a shaded area with twenty comfortable loungers. the on-site gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the business center offered printing and scanning services, always available.

the hotel's location was great it was close to markets i found the bed comfortable i appreciated the rooftop bar with its amazing view the swimming pool was a good size the staff were excellent they were willing to help.
the check in process felt lengthy it took a while i arrived jet lagged i just wanted to get to my room the bedroom felt small the bathroom was also small i noticed sound proofing was poor i could hear noise from outside.

i appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff. especially trinh gave great recommendations and helped organize taxis. (i found this very useful).
the hotel is new but requires some maintenance. our room's bathroom needed repairs. the storage space was also limited.

the staff was very attentive. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of choices. the location was central and near many attractions, it was great!
My room faced an unappealing back area, it wasn't great. the check-in process was long and involved, not relaxing after traveling. the soundproofing in my room was poor. I could hear a lot of outside noise?

great locationcomfortable room
the hotel location rocks. halal restaurants are super close, less than 5 minutes walking. the room was super clean, very clean. the service was amazing from everyone, especially sean pham minh phuc. he. i totally recommend this place to anyone visiting. it's a key choice!
towels was like bath mats, so i asked for softer ones. they blamed it on neighbors, but the noise stopped after i complained. it was like i worked too hard to sort things out, especially considering the price.

the service was amazing. my room was always clean and the bed was very comfortable. the rooftop pool had easy access to towels and bathrooms.
the mini bar fridge had mini bar items for sale, making it hard to fit extra drinks or takeaway.

The hotel is smack in the city center, with saigon square and the market a short walk away. everything i needed was right at my doorstep. It was very easy to access nearby attractions. this central location helped me to maximise my exploration time.

The included breakfast featured special dishes. the food had western influences. pho and vietnamese coffee were very delicious. I recommend both chicken and beef pho. breakfast service was amazing!

the staff was amazing. they spoke fluent english and displayed fantastic customer service. a bell boy took my luggage to my room and he went through all the amenities with me too.
the first room we were provided had a lot of ants throughout. they did not move us immediately. the towel had a stain, and there was hair still in the shower in the second room.
