The rooftop breakfast offered an AMAZING view. The bar area shared that same great view. The rooftop pool was very refreshing, and I really liked the afternoon tea service. The staff was friendly and ready to help with any questions I had.
The floor in the bathroom was constantly wet after each shower. The design could be improved to prevent this issue. It was a minor inconvenience, but I think it is important to address.

The breakfast buffet included diverse options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The restaurant also offered various Vietnamese dishes. These were prepared with fresh ingredients and flavorful spices, so they tasted delicious!!!

Staff members were always attentive. They greeted me by name and promptly addressed any requests. The concierge was helpful with directions. The housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness in my room daily.

this hotel has a rooftop pool. the breakfast include both vietnamese and western dishes, i loved that. the afternoon tea was good, especially with the violin music. the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful with directions.
the sound insulation wasn't ideal. i could hear traffic and hallway noise clearly.
