I found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. the location was convenient, with easy access to trams. the team even helped ship a forgotten gift, demonstrating excellent service.

The gym had limited equipment. I think more variety would improve the fitness experience.
