totally awesome stay!

i was thrilled by the location, a quick hop to the duomo and navigli, so easy. the bed was super comfy, and the linens? great! i also appreciated the well-stocked tea and coffee supplies, along with toiletries. the kitchen, bathroom, and floors were super clean. breakfast at two nearby cafes tasted so good!

The city tax charged was higher than what was on my reservation, a bit annoying to deal with. the shower was clogged too. The staff said someone would look at it but it wasn't fixed .

the location is quite central.. it made walking to many places easy. i felt safe walking around the neighborhood. i also appreciated the rooftop, it was a nice touch.

the virtual reception was not ideal. the link to complete check-in did not work properly. i also found the front door to be uncomfortable. the air conditioning system in the room did not function correctly.

a sanctuary found!

i stayed in room 207 for five tender days. the space was so neat and clean. a tasty coffee was provided as a welcome, and refilling it was never a problem, they brought another. the location had a proximity to the center and other popular areas.

The shower lacked doors. This caused water to spread after each use. this small detail affected my comfort.

missing balconydisturbing noise

the room i booked was supposed to have a balcony. it didn't!!! this was a major disappointment since i specifically chose the "spacious apartment 1 bedroom kitchen balcony". i also found the noise levels quite disturbing at night. it made it hard to sleep well!!!
