the rooms are immaculate and spacious. it includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. food service was prompt and the staff seemed attentive. i was glad to see a large variety of options available at breakfast. i saw an assortment of fresh fruit and pastries. the restaurant offered themed buffets with many choices.
the television remote was not working immediately.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the room had an awesome ocean view with little beautiful details. the quality of the food was consistently great. there was always a big variety.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the area. it offers easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. a beautiful fishing village sits just a short distance from the hotel. It can easily be viewed from rooms.

the suite featured a large private sun terrace. the suite bed offered superior comfort. cleanliness received constant attention to detail. i found the nearby restaurants in la caleta convenient.
the poolside bars, specifically starfish and nao, presented a disappointing experience. the beef mince nachos substitution with black beans caused digestive issues. the menu description did not match what i received. this discrepancy needs addressing for accurate customer expectations.
