The two-bedroom house garden view was very close to all the amenities. The house had everything we needed for a holiday! I even requested safety gates for the stairs to stop my toddler from climbing. We used all the pools and they all had child-friendly paddling pools next to them.
We stayed in a three-bedroom garden house and it felt OUTDATED. It lacked the five-star toiletries I expected. Just basic shampoo and conditioner. I booked breakfast one morning but got an email saying they couldn't fulfill my reservation.

I found the welcome basket a thoughtful touch. it included milk plus cereal. It was quite helpful for the children before breakfast. the step stools and bed railings present in the room really were great expectations!

great kids clubdated houseleaky shower head
the kids club were great, my child enjoyed the activities.
i was really disappointed with some aspect. our two-bedroom house bay view felt dated. the front door often jammed, and the shower head leaked from both ends. the noise made it impossible for my child to nap.
