Excellent Stay Near the Train Station
english speaking staff spacious room comfortable bed excellent cleanliness
The staff spoke English well and were helpful. I found the room spacious, with a comfortable bed and a sizable bathroom, especially by Japanese standards. The cleaning staff maintained an excellent standard of cleanliness. I appreciated the small spa. It provided a relaxing experience.
The staircase was not available for use, causing delays in moving between floors, inconvenient, particularly with a room located far from the elevators.

clean hotel comfy room nice bath
The staffs were attentive, and our room was comfy. I love how clean this hotel is, it feels very new. The shower and bath area was very nice, I was happy.
The staircase was not available, this created considerable delays when using the elevators.

excellent stay near station
helpful staff short walk
the hotel was very clean and well-organized. the staff were kind and helpful with requests for extra amenities (i got toothbrushes and body scrubs). the hotel is a short walk from the station, convenient for my day trips.
the staircase could not be used, i had to wait for the lift, even if my room was at the end of the corridor. the breakfast place was more like a canteen, not a cozy restaurant, so i did not enjoy it.

the hotel is close to many restaurants and a main station. public transport is therefore quite accessible, made getting around easy. this central spot helped a lot.

the onsen included two baths, one inside and one outside. i used it twice daily (it was relaxing!). there is also a laundry area, it is on the tenth floor.

the breakfast offered a lot of choices, and the quality was great. i found many options i liked. the dining area was spacious and clean, i could sit where i wanted.

the room i had was modern and a good size. it included a bath tub. the design was well thought out, and it was spacious for one person.

the front desk staff was friendly and ready to assist. when i requested extra pillows, they delivered them quickly. a staff member helped me quickly when i accidentally locked myself out of my room.

adequate stay near the station
convenient location helpful staff poor insulation outside light
the location is very convenient, especially with it being a short walk to the main train station. it made travel easy. the front desk staff were lovely and helped with any questions i had, i am grateful for their assistance.
The sound insulation wasn't good, i could hear people in the corridor. it was disruptive at night! the light from outside came through the bathroom window. It kept the room semi-bright all night. it was bothersome.
