average stay with some issues

crowded pool areawatered-down cocktail
the pool area was too crowded. finding a sunbed was a daily challenge because people put towels on them early but didn't use them for hours. also, the drinks werent great. the cocktails tasted watered down, the local beer was alright, and the wine tasted like vinegar. i wouldnt get it again.

asmaa helped us to settle in well and checked in on us regularly. all staff were helpful and kind.
the air conditioning in the room stopped working a few days into our trip. the cleaner said all we need to do is 'turn it off and on again'. the hair dryer in the bathroom packed up the same day. it was replaced about 3 hours later but it wasn't ideal considering my girlfriend had just washed her hair and they didn't even offer for her to quickly use one in a spare empty room.

Fantastic Stay!!!

I felt so comfortable . Everything was very well organized and also super clean! I also found the staff across the entire resort friendly. The food had amazing variety and the seafood restaurant was a real highlight!!!
I noticed that reaching the beach required a bit of a walk, a bit of a bummer. I thought it was inconvenient that floaters are not allowed in the sea. These are minor issues, but worth noting!

The front desk staff members were very professional and helpful. The hotel staff welcomed every guest warmly and attended to every need promptly. I received excellent support throughout my stay, really good.

The food quality was perfect and always offered something new to try every day. Breakfast included fresh juices and omelets made right in front of me! The various restaurant terraces provided very nice views of the swimming pools.

The rooms were always clean and spacious with decent bathrooms. My room included free toiletries and a hairdryer, which I thought was awesome. I found that the air conditioning worked efficiently and the WiFi was very fast.

The hotel featured large, heated swimming pools open all year long. I found a wide sandy beach with amenities like beach beds and towels. The aqua park offered a range of water activities for both adults and children.

The cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable. (That's about it!)
The dining options were disappointing. The main buffet was often crowded, and the food lacked variety. The quality of drinks was subpar, especially at the pool bars where the cocktails were poorly mixed. My room's air conditioning was also unreliable, made the heat uncomfortable at times. I reported it, but the situation did not improve much.
