sandy beachdelicious foodsanitary hotel
the sandy beach was ideal, very clean and just steps away from the hotel. the food was delicious, with plenty of options at every meal, and i enjoyed every bite. there was always staff around cleaning ensuring the hotel was sanitary.
the wifi was only available in the lobby unless you pay extra.

The room was clean, and housekeeping provided top-quality service.
The staff showed disrespect towards Egyptian guests. Bartenders acted rudely and refused alcoholic drinks, even though we had the correct bracelets. I felt discriminated against (this made me so annoyed).

the animation team was excellent.. fun, friendly, a real highlight. the beach was nice and clean.. there were always enough sunbeds available. the evening programs were enjoyable.. especially the fire and dance shows. themed dinner nights were a pleasant surprise..
the hotel needs updating.. furniture in bedrooms needs updating as does the bathroom paintwork also needs addressing.

our room included a large bed and a balcony with a clear view of the sea, great. the air conditioning worked well, always keeping the room cool and comfortable.. even during the hottest parts of the day.

the pool area featured a large, clean pool with plenty of sun loungers for all guests to use. i saw the beach was kept clean with staff continuously working to maintain its pristine condition. the gym has basic equipment.. suitable for quick workouts.

the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay, promptly addressing any requests. the cleaning service was regular, maintaining the rooms super clean. the reception staff was always available, giving quick assistance with any questions.
