the food was acceptable, not excellent BUT acceptable.
the wi-fi was spotty and slow, ESPECIALLY in the room, and it was a huge inconvenience. i also faced difficulty with the language barrier at times, especially with some of the service staff so, it was quite frustrating.

i found the staff very helpful and attentive. the room was large and clean with a big bathroom. the food had a good variety and tasted good, it was easy to find something i liked.
the wifi was unreliable, it disconnected frequently. i had ac issues on the last day and requested a technician but no one came. there was a lack of activities, and the existing ones seemed low quality.
