The staff overall were friendly.
My room wasn't cleaned well. I found hairs in the bathroom. the air conditioning barely worked. The noise at night was also an issue. I could hear people talking loudly until late.

The staff really tried. I had no problems with cleanliness and the room was spacious.
The food tasted awful and seemed repetitive. Getting a drink at the beach bar was also very difficult. I had to wait forever to get served anything there.
