Excellent and Relaxing Stay
anniversary decoration attentive staff private beach clean hotel
I was pleased that our room was decorated for our anniversary and a cake was delivered. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a thoughtful gesture. The private beach featured clear water and marine life. I appreciated snorkeling. The hotel is very clean, and well-kept. I enjoyed the heated pool.

super clean room comfy bed fine beach buffet food
my room was a superior room garden view. the room was always super clean! the bed was super comfy and water was topped up! the beach is fine, perfect for snorkeling. i loved the buffet. it had so much food!

mixed feelings about the stay
ineffective air conditioning bland food
the room was quite spacious and clean, a positive aspect .
The air conditioning in the room was not as effective as i hoped, a bit uncomfortable at times. more disappointing was the food. The dining options seemed to lack variety and flavor (i really didn't know what i was eating). i think they should consider using fresher, local ingredients to improve the food.

the reefs for snorkeling were acceptable .

unclean bathroom noisy environment
The staff overall were friendly.
My room wasn't cleaned well. I found hairs in the bathroom. the air conditioning barely worked. The noise at night was also an issue. I could hear people talking loudly until late.

Everything met expectations in the main restaurants. The variety of food suited me.
The alcoholic drinks tasted cheap. I think strange spirits got added without asking me. This, I think my review will be changed.

repetitive food slow service
The staff really tried. I had no problems with cleanliness and the room was spacious.
The food tasted awful and seemed repetitive. Getting a drink at the beach bar was also very difficult. I had to wait forever to get served anything there.
