mixed experience, some issues with service
rude stafftowel card
the staff at reception was rude. i found no sunrise, kindness, or fairness during check out. i was accused of stealing a beach towel card i never had. this caused a delay and nearly made me miss my flight.

i appreciated the comfortable sun loungers on the beach. The food tasted good and offered sufficient variety. The staff were nice and helpful . i really liked the free upgrade to the chalets, it was so great.
I felt a SMALL disappointment with some aspects of evening entertainment.

The room was spacious, with a big balcony providing a side sea view, a bonus. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower that i could use easily. It was neat.

The internet service worked perfectly in all areas of the resort, THIS was helpful. Staff at the lobby area were amazing, helpful, and FRIENDLY, made communication easier. The staff cared about the visitors.

The beach was amazing. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i found the location to be excellent. i enjoyed the space of the chalet. the chalet was clean. Furniture needs replacement with new items.
the hotel moved us to a nice junior suite for free after some issues. the hall acoustics are loud. this sometimes disturbed rooms.

i found the staff to be very attentive and helpful. i especially appreciated the wide range of activities available (like beach volleyball!). every evening, there was an interesting show to enjoy. the buffet offered a good variety of food, and the quality was surprisingly good.
the gym equipment could use an update, some machines showed wear.

Wonderful Stay With Excellent Service!

The variety of food was excellent. Top chefs prepared the best meals! The beach was gorgeous and featured an amazing bartender. The service in all bars was really helpful. I cannot thank the staff enough. Our room had an amazing view. The beach is sandy! I had an really good experience.
The air conditioning in the room was turned off. A heat wave made it very uncomfortable. I had to sleep with the windows open because of that. Mosquitoes got into the room as a result.

The food quality in the restaurant was very good! There was also plenty of variety. You'll find food to suit every taste. I especially enjoyed the barbecue.
