clean beachtasteless buffetdry chicken
the beach was clean , and the staff working there were helpful.
i was disappointed with the food , the buffet was often tasteless and the chicken was consistently dry. the spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce tasted only of oil , and they didn't even have proper sweet and sour sauce , just barbecue sauce. the lack of flavor impacted my overall dining experience , and i expected much better variety and quality.

the hotel staff was polite and responded to requests quickly.
The food wasn't great, it had little variety and often felt bland. my room's air conditioning was a total disaster. It barely worked and kept me awake at night. getting a working ac unit shouldnt be a lottery.

The beach had cleaning every day. The staff was helpful with drinks. the room included daily water bottles, which i needed. the buffet featured food options with seats, and the pools were great.

The hotel features multiple pools that accommodate many guests. There is also an aquapark, though some slides were not always functioning. the gardens were well maintained, with landscaping that created places to take photos, which i did.

i enjoyed the main restaurant, however it can be noisy. the food quality was high, so i could find something to enjoy. i liked the option of the italian restaurant, nice for a change.

The English language skills of the employees really need IMPROVEMENT. Communication was often difficult because they just didn't understand. I had to wait until 1:30 am for some UNKNOWN reason when I arrived at midnight.
