poor handover wedding chaos
the location was acceptable. the views, i suppose, can be called beautiful.
The service from the reception staff was, frankly, a mess. i know the hotel thinks it has a great reputation. i asked for my room to be cleaned early, but on the day, there was no handover. This caused chaos. for the price, it is just not good enough.

The hotel offers a pool area with ocean views. I appreciated the breakfast selection. The room was very nice. The location proved ideal for accessing nearby attractions.
I found some minor noise from the corridor at times, especially during early morning.

the location is central. it made exploring the area very easy. breakfast offered a good variety. i also appreciated the efficient and friendly service i received.
my room faced the back. the bathroom felt a bit dated. i also found the pool area quite crowded at times.

the location provided easy access to the town center. the breakfast buffet included a variety of choices. the staff were generally attentive during meal times. the views from the restaurant were nice.
my room faced the street, so noise was an issue. i heard street cleaning equipment early each morning. the room i had felt small for the price. there was no option to change to another room .

fantastic dinner food presentation
I GOT a beautiful double room sea view. The food presentation during the breakfast was really good and standard. I had dinner in the restaurant THAT was fantastic. The service there was also great.
the gym is too SMALL for what you pay.
