Really good Breakfast and Convenient Location

amazing breakfastnecessary amenitiesdirty carpet
The breakfast was amazing and was included in the affordable price. I also found the hotel location very convenient being a short walk from the station. The staff were nice and the room provided all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
I noticed the carpets in the room needed a deep clean.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was good, not huge but satisfying. wifi worked well and the tv had multiple channels to choose from.
my room faced the road and it was noisy. i could hear the water pipes whenever other guests used water. this disturbed my sleep.

weird layoutstained carpet
the room? lets just say it tested my spatial awareness. its layout was weird, with a sofa and coffee table crammed into a central space, which didnt exactly scream 'clean'. plenty of stains adorned the carpet. the bed? undersized. even the duvet seemed to be rationing fabric.

acceptable stay overall

i found it an easy walk from the train station. it was also only about five minutes to the town center. the road got busy during the day, but it was quiet at night (i slept well!). i enjoyed the breakfasts there.
my room was small, i think. the tv only had the apps, but there were no active accounts available to use. the carpet in my room also needs a deep clean. it seemed the fridge did not work.
