The eggs benedict were well-prepared. my wife greatly enjoyed the mushrooms included in her breakfast. the staff demonstrated attentiveness and warmth throughout my visit. i particularly appreciated the staff's helpfulness, really elevating the experience beyond average.

the bed was comfortable to me.

the room felt dreary, even with all lights on i struggle to do my makeup properly. hooks were missing, i couldn't hang my coats or dressing gown, so they stayed on chairs. staff seems to run constantly, that is not an efficient approach.

Oh my gosh, I just left and had to rave! Customer service is excellent. Staff makes you feel super welcome from arrival throughout stay. My standard double room had chocolates on the bed, a coffee machine, fresh milk, also water in the fridge. I appreciate the safe and iron in the wardrobe. the beautiful towels!
