I really enjoyed the jacuzzi bath tub in the room. the staff was friendly. Nothing were too much to ask. the pools are lovely, specially the adults-only area, that is a bonus.
i didn't like that all drinks in the restaurant are chargeable when on half board. the music from a nightclub behind the hotel was stupidly loud at weekends. there wasn't enough sun umbrella's around the pool either

the hotel rooms are clean. the breakfast was good, and lunch was also pretty great. Ramon served drinks, and he was helpful i must say. the pool was ideal for the kids.
the arcade needs some tlc because all was broke.

the food included theme nights, and i appreciated the oriental night particularly. tinto helped my child very well in the restaurant. the selection was good, and it all tasted great.

the location has amazing access to many shops. it is located on the edge of the main strip. the location provided easy access to bars. the beach was easy to reach.

the hotel was very clean the staff cleaned constantly. drinks and snacks by the pool were a great value. the hotel's location was excellent for getting around.
the room had limited storage i had to live out of my suitcase. the glass bathroom door let light into the whole room at night this was a poor design. beds were too hard and pillows too soft for me

the rooms are small. the bathroom door is made of glass and has no lock, which i did not like. the safe box had A CHARGE OF £2.50/day, i was surprised.
