service issues detracted from the experience
ample spaceoverworked staffuncovered meat
The pools were a welcome amenity. There was ample space around the pool area.
i encountered several problems . the bar staff seemed overworked and provided minimal interaction with guests. furthermore, the food at the family poolside restaurant consisted primarily of fast food. i observed doves eating the kebab meat that was left uncovered.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable the tv worked well
i found the food quality quite disappointing the breakfast bacon was hard like shoe soles it was a letdown being in the canary islands i expected better mojo rojo and mojo verde i also noticed children messing with the buffet

mediocre stay, some issues
ineffective fridgenonexistent air conditioning
My room, a double room 2 adultos, had a fridge i found to be ineffective. it barely kept chocolate from melting. i was concerned about the heat radiating from the fridge to the sideboard above, also a terrible smell came from the fridge. the air conditioning was also nonexistent. I left it on with a spare card, but it didn't cool the room whatsoever.
