Decent Location, Some Disappointments
small room inconsistent hot water
The room felt smaller than expected, contrary to what I believed from the description. I noticed some mold in the shower area, this really bothered me. The hot water was inconsistent, a major inconvenience after long days. The rooftop terrace closed early. I found that very limiting.

i liked the sun terrace. staff helped arrange excursions. breakfast was delicious and the spa facilities were functional. the heated pool felt luxurious! i would visit the spa next time when i have more time.
my double room felt super small. two people with a suitcase would find it impossible to be comfortable. the location doesn't allow parking in front.

the hotel is close to jemaa el-fnaa. riad zitoun lakdim is the street where the riad is located! it is a nice street with many shops.

The room included clean bedding, though it wasn't large. the bathroom was also super clean. the riad features atmospheric rooms with characteristic decor and attention to detail. Bathrooms all boast mosaic tiling.

perfect room super clean room friendly staff ideal location
I was so happy with my choice! the room upgrade i received was perfect. the room was super clean and spacious. everything looked well maintained. the staff were friendly. They were always helpful and cute. the location was also ideal. Iconic places, shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance!!!
toothpaste wasn't available when i requested it. but this didn't really impact my stay much.

Acceptable stay. Issues need addressing
small swimming pool no kettle
Breakfast was a pleasant experience with a lot of choices.
The swimming pool was very small. It felt more like a bathtub than a pool. The chlorine level was excessive. It caused a burning sensation in our eyes. the room lacked a kettle and iron, which are basic amenities I expected.

The location was fantastic. It was easy to reach local attractions. the staff was helpful. the riad had a heated pool. its big terrace offered nice views.
The breakfast area was small. It got crowded during peak hours. food sometimes ran out quickly. this caused some delays.
