I was so happy with my choice! the room upgrade i received was perfect. the room was super clean and spacious. everything looked well maintained. the staff were friendly. They were always helpful and cute. the location was also ideal. Iconic places, shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance!!!
toothpaste wasn't available when i requested it. but this didn't really impact my stay much.

breakfast included plenty of options, like vegetarian dishes, and each day offered different things. the extensive breakfast buffet had fresh options daily. the chef prepared meals to order, and the food was AMAZING!!!

this hotel stands steps away from the main square and from a major landmark. many shops were located within a comfortable walking distance, perfect for shopping. it sits in a nice street with good shops.

Breakfast was a pleasant experience with a lot of choices.
The swimming pool was very small. It felt more like a bathtub than a pool. The chlorine level was excessive. It caused a burning sensation in our eyes. the room lacked a kettle and iron, which are basic amenities I expected.

The location was fantastic. It was easy to reach local attractions. the staff was helpful. the riad had a heated pool. its big terrace offered nice views.
The breakfast area was small. It got crowded during peak hours. food sometimes ran out quickly. this caused some delays.
