some issues
faulty hairdryerbroken key cards
The pool rules said it closes at 8pm but by 7pm staff told us to leave. It was really hot. key cards never worked. i had to go to get them fixed every day. also, the hairdryer worked only for 30 seconds, then overheated.

the room was very clean. the pool area looked good. i found the reception staff amazing! the restaurant provided excellent food.
I had a slight issue with the room keys. They needed fixing every day, inconvenient.

the reception staff spoke english well. ibrahim and mocif were especially helpful. bellboys and housekeeping were professional and attentive. i appreciated their service.

the room had good blackout curtains. ventilation worked perfectly. cleaning ladies were sweet. room maintenance was done well. all aspects contributed to a comfortable stay.

the breakfast had many choices. freshly made pancakes and omelets were available on request. achraf and hicham provided attentive and friendly service at breakfast. i found it satisfying.
