the staff were kind i appreciated their willingness to help with everything. the room had a great design with a lovely color palette and beautiful art on the walls. i adored the location it made exploring so easy and convenient.

i found the staff helpful with directions. the breakfast buffet included many choices (everything was fresh). i made use of the on-site pool and found it well-kept and relaxing.
the in-room coffee machine produced weak coffee.

the location was acceptable, placing me close to the areas i wished to visit.
i had issues with the service. the staff, seemed undertrained. at breakfast, requests were forgotten and there was a general lack of attentiveness. additionally, the lack of a turndown service was an oversight for a hotel claiming to be 5-star.
